NHS or private, the choice is yours. We offer dentistry both on the NHS and privately. Cosmetic treatments are not available on the NHS and can only be provided on a private basis.

FATIMA RASHID
CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Fatima Rashid graduated from King’s College London. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and providing high-quality dental care tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Fatima works well with anxious patients who are apprehensive about dental treatment and strives to create a calm, safe environment. She ensures she keeps up-to-date with advances in dental care and looks forward to further developing her knowledge and skills. In her free time, Fatima enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as yoga.
Dr Sabina Wadhwani

Sabina graduated from the United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy's and St Thomas' in London (UMDS) in 1998 and currently serves as the Principal Dentist at Shephall Dental. With a commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience, she has cultivated a warm and inviting atmosphere that prioritises comfort and relaxation. Although she is a General Dental Practitioner, Sabina has pursued advanced postgraduate education in Restorative and Implant Dentistry. This specialised training allows her to not only strengthen and restore teeth but also to replace those that are missing. She takes great delight in the creative aspect of dentistry, enhancing smiles to make them truly memorable and impactful. In addition to her clinical practice, Sabina is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise, frequently teaching dentists, hygienists, and dental therapists in Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the dental community. Outside of her professional endeavours, Sabina finds joy in the world of theatre and the calming practice of yoga, balancing her commitment to her patients with her love for the arts and personal well-being.
Dr. Lomas Patel

Lomas graduated from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2013. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in general practice, mastering a diverse array of treatment modalities. His mission is to transform perceptions of dentistry, fostering a calm and relaxing environment for all his patients. Lomas is dedicated to ensuring that individuals from all walks of life can enjoy a positive and enriching dental experience, making each visit a step towards better oral health and well-being.
Dr. Tarika Maher

Tarika graduated in 2021 with a Master's degree in dental medicine, and she is recognised for her keen attention to detail. Committed to delivering exceptional care, Tarika takes great pride in transforming her patients' smiles and boosting their confidence, ensuring that every visit is a positive experience. Outside the practice, Tarika enjoys a range of outdoor activities, including hiking and skiing. She looks forward to partnering with you to achieve your dental goals in a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Dental Foundation
Sabina Wadhwani is a dental foundation trainer who has been teaching young dentists for approximately 20 years. The foundation dentist is fully supported throughout the year to achieve their potential and is given the best platform to enter general dental practice or dental core training. We are in the East and North Hertfordshire Scheme. Sabina is currently a joint trainer with Mr Lomas Patel, who is highly experienced in teaching.
In addition to supporting our Foundation Dentist to complete the requirements of the Dental Foundation training year, we support them with:
